Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited. The prize is a simulated trading evaluation account. No real funds are traded and no cash equivalent is awarded.

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in a jurisdiction where the Sponsor offers its services. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, including any jurisdiction the Sponsor geo-restricts. One entry per person.

3. How to enter

Submit your email address on the Sponsor's giveaway entry form. This is the free method of entry and is the only method required. Entries are limited to one per person; duplicate submissions of the same email address are consolidated into a single entry and do not increase your odds. Entries that are automated, scripted, or submitted through any means other than the entry form are void.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) simulated $100,000 evaluation account, awarded as an account credit or code. Approximate retail value (ARV): $525 USD, being the Sponsor's published price for that evaluation.

The prize is not $100,000 in cash and is not real trading capital. The $100,000 figure refers to the simulated starting balance of the evaluation account. All trading on the account is simulated. No real funds are deposited, traded, or transferred to the winner as part of the prize. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The winner remains subject to the same evaluation rules, drawdown limits and payout conditions as any other participant, and winning does not guarantee any profit, payout, or funded status.

5. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted, and must respond within fourteen (14) days. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes arising from the prize. Where the value of prizes awarded to a winner in a calendar year requires it, the Sponsor may request tax information before the prize is released.

7. Marketing email

Entering also subscribes your email address to the Sponsor's promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry. See our Privacy Policy for how your address is handled.

8. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media or video platform on which it may be promoted.
