Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can control it.
Who we are
This policy covers Funded With Forex (fundedwithforex.com) and Funded With Perps (fundedwithperps.com), two brands operated by the same company ("we", "us"). Both sites share one account system, so this single policy applies to both. Trading on either brand happens in simulated accounts on the Vera Charts platform (veracharts.com), which we operate as a service provider for these brands.
Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected].
Information we collect
Account information you give us: your email address, name, password (stored only as a one-way hash), country of residence, and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number.
Information from Sign in with Google: if you sign up or log in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, email verification status, profile picture URL, and a unique Google account identifier with us. We request only these basic profile scopes (openid, email, profile). We do not request or receive access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
Purchase information: the plan you bought, the amount, the date, discount codes used, and the payment method type. Card payments are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number or security code, only a processor reference and, where provided, the last four digits of the card. Crypto payments are handled by our crypto payment processor, which gives us the transaction status and amount.
Identity verification (KYC): before your first payout or when your funded account is issued, you verify your identity with our verification provider. They collect your government ID and a selfie and return the verification result and the identity details on your document to us.
Payout information: the payout method and destination you choose (for example a bank account or a USDC wallet address) and your payout history.
Trading data: every simulated order, fill, position, and balance change on your accounts, so we can calculate results, enforce the account rules, and process payouts.
Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, pages visited, referring link, and the time of each visit. We use this for security, fraud prevention, and to understand how the sites are used.
Communications: messages you send to support by email, chat, or Discord, and whether you open our emails.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and secure your account and let you sign in, including with Google;
- process purchases, resets, and refunds;
- run your simulated accounts, apply the evaluation and funded account rules, and show your results;
- verify your identity and process payouts;
- send transactional messages such as receipts, login links, password resets, account status changes, and payout confirmations;
- send marketing emails or texts if you have agreed to them (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, multiple-account abuse, bots, and coordinated trading;
- answer support requests; and
- meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How we use Google user data
Data we receive from Google (your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier) is used only to create your account, sign you in, and show your name and picture inside your account. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host our database and authentication on our behalf. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Deleting your account with us, as described below, also deletes the Google data we hold.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use to providing their service to us:
- Supabase: database and account authentication;
- Fly.io: application hosting;
- Cloudflare: content delivery and security;
- Stripe and Authorize.Net: card payment processing;
- NOWPayments: crypto payment processing;
- Didit or Sumsub: identity verification;
- Resend: email delivery;
- Twilio: text messages, only if you give a phone number and agree to texts;
- Sentry: error monitoring;
- Vera Charts: the simulated trading platform for your accounts.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect checkout. We also use analytics and advertising measurement tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta, TikTok, and X. These set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and to tell whether our ads led to a sign-up or purchase. They may receive your IP address, device information, and the pages you visit on our sites. Google user data from Sign in with Google is never sent to these tools. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings without affecting your account.
How long we keep information
We keep account and trading data while your account is open. After you close your account we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except records we must keep by law, such as purchase, payout, tax, and identity verification records, which we keep for up to 7 years. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.
How we protect information
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting and database providers. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it to run the service, and database access is controlled by row-level security.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account and data, or stop processing it for marketing. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by California law, other than the advertising measurement described above.
International transfers
Our service providers are mainly in the United States. By using the sites you understand your information will be processed there, and we rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards for transfers from the EU and UK.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Changes to this policy
We will post any update on this page with a new "last updated" date, and email account holders at least 14 days before a material change takes effect.
