Refund Policy

Refund eligibility — store credit
Within 14 calendar days of purchase, customers who have not placed any trades on their evaluation account may request a store creditfor the full purchase amount, redeemable toward another Funded With Forex evaluation. Once an order has been placed on the account (including a paper test order or any market or limit order), the account is considered used and is no longer eligible for credit.
Cash refunds in lieu of store credit may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of clear technical failure, duplicate charge, or unauthorized purchase. All other refund requests are fulfilled as store credit only.
Funded accounts
Funded accounts are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for store credit. They are issued at no additional charge after a passed evaluation; there is no purchase price to refund.
Resets
Reset fees (the discounted retry after a blow) are nonrefundable once the reset is provisioned. If a technical issue prevented the reset account from being created, contact support and we will either re-provision the reset or issue store credit at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Disputing a charge with your card issuer rather than emailing support results in an immediate account termination and a permanent ban from future Funded With Forex purchases. We'd much rather solve your issue directly. Email support@fundedwithforex.com first.
How to request store credit
To request store credit, email support@fundedwithforex.com from the same email address used to purchase the evaluation and include:
- The payment receipt number from your purchase confirmation
- The evaluation tier purchased (e.g. 50K, 100K)
- Confirmation that no trades have been placed on the account (we will verify against the trading record)
We process eligible store credit requests within 5 business days. The credit is applied to your Funded With Forex account and visible from your dashboard immediately on issuance and can be redeemed toward any current evaluation tier.
If your account has any recorded trading activity (including unfilled limit orders that were later canceled), the request is ineligible per the eligibility rules above and you will be notified by email.
Approved cash refunds, where granted at our discretion under the technical-failure or duplicate-charge exceptions, typically take 3–10 additional business days to post to your card statement depending on your card issuer.
